There is a logic puzzle on the phone. The city is to be built in the game. It is not a game of strategy as you have to locate the city objects to get a certain number of points. It will be hard to get the points as a chaotic pattern of urban sites will not satisfy anyone. People want to live near a park or a shopping center.
