For many years, an evil scientist had been working in a secret laboratory to create a formula that would give him extraordinary sports abilities, but he was unsuccessful. The formula was left in an abandoned warehouse, where it underwent a transformation until it eventually gained consciousness and became known as Spunk and Moxie.
